Nominal Return Policy
At Nominal, every piece tells a story. Each release through The Gates is crafted with intention, produced in limited quantities, and tied to a specific moment in time. Because of the exclusivity of these collections, all sales from The Gates are final.
We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our studio, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@nominalclothing.com. Our team will review your case and make it right, whether that means a replacement (if stock allows) or a refund.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We only accept returns or exchanges if:

The product arrives damaged in transit.

You receive the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error.

There is a manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited nature of our releases:

Returns or exchanges for size, fit, or personal preference are not accepted.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Any order from The Gates that is not damaged or defective is final sale.
Processing Refunds or Replacements
Once your return is approved:

If inventory allows, we’ll ship a replacement piece at no cost.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process after approval.
